Over 60 Days

Day 1 - Day 63

Our results maybe lower or the same for various reasons. I know that for me I was able to do the whole warm-up before the actual test which I felt really pleased with. We're unsure of Chris's gain/loss of muscle/fat because he didn't care but on our scale he started out as 162 and after this recent test it was 150. Lucky!
I was measured and as far as we can tell I've lost at least 7 and 3/4 inches overall. Biggest change was my waist- 3 and 3/4 was lost. I weighed in from 156 to 152, losing 4 lbs. I'd probably lose more if I ate better. *Awkward smile* But I know I've gained muscle and energy. Fun stuff!!

Don't pay as much attention to the scale as you do the inches and the way you feel, the way the clothes fit, etc. That's a better judge of if you're meeting your goal, in my opinion. You're doing great! I'm jealous!
