Da Kaleb

Meet my nephew, Kaleb, almost 4 months.

I love this pic!!!
"Am I smiling?"
"What? No one is born with perfect vision."

Bits

Ellie got a trim. Her hair was reaching into her eyes. Today (Tuesday) she seemed to have pink eye. :( My poor baby girl.
He's holding my hand while watching a movie!!!!

Sunday Quote

Sorry for the lateness.
This quote is from a person I'd usually hate to quote for any reason. However, she said this a little while ago and even caught the paparazzi by surprise.
“Dress cute wherever you go, life is too short to blend in."—Paris Hilton

Final Cut

Before
You can see the lower layers were dyed black. LOL
Final cut took off 11-13 inches of hair, which I'll donate to Locks of Love.
I really like this A-line bob. I hope I don't get bored too quickly, but it's easy to do! YAY!!

Fun Random Pix

Christian has learned what sound guns make. This face is his "Pshhh" face.
He's so funny and cute!
After a nap I have the kids lay down to change their diapers. Christian decided one day that he'd hold Ellie's hand. Sorry it wasn't any brighter I had to use my cell phone, I couldn't find the camera.
"I found some chalk for you Daddy."
Ellie's hair in a ponytail.
The kids love standing on our dining chairs. *Sigh*
It's such I cute hairdo. :)
I got this hat in Wisconsin, haven't been able to wear it much.

Haircutting

This Saturday I'm getting my hairs cut at 2PM. Please post a comment and let me know which one you like best. Your opinion matters to me, hence my posts on the blog. I will also be asking the person who cuts my hair about her opinion too. Love you all!

The Host-The Movie

I'm so excited!!! My friend Krissa just told me that Stephenie Meyer plans to make The Host into a movie!!! In my opinion this book is better than Twilight, so I'm ecstatic!!!!

HairCut

Okay, I give up, I really need to cut my hair. I've been delaying to encourage myself to loose weight. Ha, so little has been done about that. So now I need help from my peeps, I want my hair short or semi short. These are some options; if you have any more suggestions please tell me. There are also different variations for some haircuts.
They are numbered so tell me which one you like by the number under the picture.

Sunday Quote

I'm going to try and post a favorite quote of mine every Sunday. These quotes will range from celeb quotes, TV lines, movie lines, and book lines.
Today's quote is from-
The Host by Stephenie Meyer
"That's not true at all," he disagreed. "It's not the face, but the expressions on it. It's not the voice, but what you say. It's not how you look in that body, but the things you do with it. You are beautiful."
I love this line in the book because this man looks beyond everything to see beauty within. Plus it's a dang good line.

Pawn of Prophecy

Book One of The Belgariad
Pawn of Prophecy
by David Eddings
If I was to compare these series of books to a well known book series it would be The Lord of the Ring. It's an entirelly different world of gods, sorcery, castles, kings and so forth; with a young boy who grows into a teen, watched over by his aunt who isn't what he thinks she is. Along comes an old man of many secrets of his own, wringing in this teen and his aunt into danger and mystery to save their world.
I'd give more but I'd be afriad to give up the whole story. Thank you my brother, Chris, for letting me borrow this book...again. :)
Now onto...
Book Two of The Belgariad
Queen of Sorcery

1st D-Backs Game

Last night Chris and I went to the baseball game between the D-Backs and Milwakee Brewers. I have to say it brought me back to the World Series game I watched on TV when AZ won. Unfortuantly for us we lost last night 2-9. :-( Oh well. We went with Judi Geyman, her daughter Julie, Julie's boyfriend and two of Julie's friends.

Julie has really gotten into baseball lately and this is her favorite player, 39.

Did you know we have a baseball player who stands 6'9"? He is the pitcher in this picture.
This D-Backs player eats while he plays. There's sunflower seeds everywhere he stands. I thought it was hilarious to know that.
Judi Geyman, not a flattering picture of her cuz my camera was slow, but that's her.
Watching the score board was interesting to watch because they'd give the info about the person who is up to bat.
Here is Chris. I promise he enjoyed himself, but those of you who know him well, well this is his range of his emotion for most things. LOL Love you honey.
