Busy Day

So I started the day of with getting the kids ready to go to Walmart with me we spend maybe an hour there getting a few things. Head home and put Ellie to bed, fed Christian and myself, then make a German chocolate cake (pics see http://jazzncakes.blogspot.com/ ). While the cake was cooking then cooling off when done, Ellie sleeping and Christian playing by himself, I do scrapbooking. Its not all done but it took some time to do those 16 pages. I scrapbooked the trip to Maryland, where Lindsey and I visited Liz and Devin before they had Nathan, December 2005. Lots'o pictures'o fun.
Starting out

My first plan ride and seeing Maryland.

Washington D.C. and the Naval/Aviation Museum

Had to include my dogtag (says Jazz Lynn and Chris P Runkel)

Seeing the Washington D.C. Temple (my fav temple) and their Christmas Lights
Hershey Pennsylvania Hershey World

(continued)

Philly, Pennsylvania

The Temple again after snow had fallen.

Cute & Walking

I had to show the cute pink dress she wore for church on Sunday.

Nayeli is starting to walk both bitter sweet.

She actually didn't fall until a minute later.

This was a cute picture I had to show. I don't know what it is but it makes me smile. Oh and she kinda did this up and down dance in this stance too. So cute.

Repair-boy

You know how I said that Christian fixed our old camera and we gave it to him? Well here are the sum of his pictures he takes. So Llama to answer your question it'll be repairman.

All 3 Jessicas Are Married

Jessica Millett-Smith aka Sassy

Jessica Larson-Duncan aka Luci

If you can imagine 3 Jessicas being friends it'd have to be us. I married in 2006, Sassy in 2008, and now Luci this past Friday. Good-bye to the single life we knew, and time for the next step in our lives. Congrats to you Luci!!!!
Back in 2005 we all met at Red Mountain Institute going to the classes or for the most part, Volleyball. My nickname being Jazz (cuz I liked the name in middle school and it stuck), Luci was nicknamed for her "devil-ish" gothic style Luci-fer (she's very sweet she just likes black a lot), and Sassy cuz well that's what Luci and I called her since she is sassy.
I miss the days of volleyball and consistant nights with them, but I love where I am, and I'm sure they are too.

Camera and haircut

Before haircut.

After haircut. Christian let Chris buzz off his hair without me for once.
About the camera, we got a new camera since Christian broke our first, then he fixed it, broke it again, and then again fixed it. Christian has a way with camera's I guess. But now I can say that he had his first camera when he was 2.

Oh Ammo

Lindsey said this one looked like Santa Claus.

Lindsey and Ammon(Ammo) came over this last Thursday and...well this was one of those fun things that I had to share.

My...Kiddos

"I'm gonna die"

Christian's face of...uh...whining I guess.

My little dancer.

Yes that is a stuffed puppy between his legs, don't ask me why I don't know either. But maybe the blanket is a Superboy Cape...???? Let's face it, Christian is weird.

Bathroom Blues

So if ya'll want to know how far our master bath has come along, well here it is. They keep telling me the rest that needs to be done is finish the walls, put in the toilet and finish the floor. No problem huh? Yeah sure guys easier said than done. But THANK YOU Dad for everything!!!!

3rd Anniversary

So our 3rd Anniversary Chris and I went up to Payson for a little get-away on the 8th of May. We dropped the kids off at my parents and got to Payson around 7pm. I drove the whole way (since I've never driven outside of town this is happy for me). After checking in, going to our room, plop stuff down, and take pictures we went to Fargo's Steakhouse. Very good but expensive. Chris said we should splurge since it was our anniversary. Chris had ribeye with garlic potatoes and I had swordfish and veggies. Swordfish was good especially dipped in one of either Lemon Butter Caper Sauce or Artichoke Sauce(sorry if I misspell), Chris's steak was GOOD too. The garlic potatoes were a bit too garlic for me.
The rest of the night will not be mentioned except the jacuzzi tub was very nice!
In the morning we got ready checked out around 9:30am and left for breakfast at Denny's. After Denny's we headed home(which I drove all they way home too) to see our kids and prayed that they hadn't overtaken my mother. ;)

Bye-bye Ballerina

So even though these pictures are SOOOO cute of Ellie, I had to throw this onesie out because she made her daiper "explode" and we could no longer use this cute outfit. :( *Tear*

Hair Today

Feb 2009
May 2009
I don't know about you but my hair is getting quite long, and unfortunately quite annoying. So I'm thinking up this solution that if I don't like my LONG hair that I should cut it when I reach my goal weight since I want to loose weight. Yeah well we'll see how this'll turn out. Heh heh heh.

Sick Birthday Weekend

So I wanted to have Chris home on my birthday on Friday right? It was a long shot considering he's like one of the best delivery drivers they have, but I still wanted it.
Sadly so did the flu. Chris came home Thursday night with one of the worst kind of flu. Diarrhea and throwing up. Not exactly what I meant when I said I wanted Chris home.
*SIGH*
But he was home all day Friday with me and the kids. Poor hubby.
Saturday night we decided to head out to Tempe because Chris wanted to get my Birthday present from out there. Not knowing my destination I drove with Chris no longer feeling queezy but still having the other problem, and the kids. We get to Frys Electronics near Arizona Mills and I got a Wii with 9 games (8 were practically free, wow huh?). From Frys we thought going to IHOP would be an awesome place to eat dinner.
On the way over Christian kept saying "it hurts" indicating his tummy. Chris and I started to debate whether or not to go to IHOP but we went there anyway. We got to IHOP, the one close to us, I get out of the car, open Christian's door and Christian just yelled, "I want Daddy!" So I said, "fine sheesh." Chris and I stared at each other like "what is going on". We took the kids out Chris having Christian and I have Nayeli in the car seat, we get half way to the IHOP door and I hear Chris say, " Oh whoa." I look behind me and see Christian had thrown up.
Chris had to take all of Christian's clothing off and his own shirts, and needless to say we headed home, stopping by Walgreens to pick up flu remedies for Chris and Christian.
Christian threw up one more time after we got home and Sunday morning it was as if Christian had never been sick. We stayed home just in case though.
And Sunday night we're hanging with the fam and I see Nayeli had really soiled her daiper and thanks to Llama and Eric we had wipes and a second outfit for her. I'll be watching the kids very closely and myself to watch out for any more signs of the flu.
And so the Flu season starts watch out for it- diarrhea and then vomiting.
And so long 23rd Birthday.

She's debating if she wants to eat while I take pictures.
