Busy Day

So I started the day of with getting the kids ready to go to Walmart with me we spend maybe an hour there getting a few things. Head home and put Ellie to bed, fed Christian and myself, then make a German chocolate cake (pics see http://jazzncakes.blogspot.com/ ). While the cake was cooking then cooling off when done, Ellie sleeping and Christian playing by himself, I do scrapbooking. Its not all done but it took some time to do those 16 pages. I scrapbooked the trip to Maryland, where Lindsey and I visited Liz and Devin before they had Nathan, December 2005. Lots'o pictures'o fun.
Starting out

My first plan ride and seeing Maryland.

Washington D.C. and the Naval/Aviation Museum

Had to include my dogtag (says Jazz Lynn and Chris P Runkel)

Seeing the Washington D.C. Temple (my fav temple) and their Christmas Lights
Hershey Pennsylvania Hershey World

(continued)

Philly, Pennsylvania

The Temple again after snow had fallen.

I can't believe you got 16 pages done in one day - along with taking care of kids and a trip to the store! Way to go! (your pages look great, by the way)

Awwww... Memories!! Is it sad that the first thing I think when I see those pictures is, "I'm so skinny... even with a huge winter coat on I'm so skinny!!" (Sigh) but either way I'm very impressed and kinda glad we didn't have time to hang out yesterday or you never would have gotten so much done!!

Awesome! You're kids are going to LOVE that you are doing such wonderful things. It might be nice to add some journalling so they have some insight into your thoughts. Good job!
