This morning Ellie had her first dentist visit.
As we waited for her name to be called I sat on a bench as Christian and Ellie played with the available toys. Ellie also "made friends" with a little girl and a boy by giving them Legos and learning to color with crayons.
They called her name and we walked to the back, with a little convincing to Christian that he must follow me, and waited there for the dentist. During that whole time we waited Christian was just so rambunctious. He "had" to sit in every seat possible. Ellie on the other hand just sat in my lap, comfortably, till the dentist came. At that point she'd sat in my lap for a 1/2 hour so I don't blame her for wanting off. LOL But the dentist came and did the same stuff he had done to Christian last week. Two types of paste and wiping it off. No x-rays (I did however ask about x-rays and he said the earliest as 3-5 depending on the child/problem or restraining the child needed). Ellie did not yell, or whine or struggle too much. The worst I think she did was bite the tooth brush. LOL She washed the dentist closely and seemed wary but she did so well.
After all that was done we started walking out and Christian did not want to leave and he kept saying, "I want brush teeth." This kid gets jealous too easily.
