INSANITY
This is the title to Chris's and my workout DVDs. And it is so true. This program has you doing constant periods of exercise with little rest periods which is the opposite of normal exercise routines.
This morning Chris and I tried out the warm up and the Fit Test (where you see how much you can do within a minute). The Fit Test consists of 8 moves. You do 1 type of move for 1 minute and count how many reps you do. Chris was able to do at least 3-5 reps of each move within the minute given. I on the other hand did as many as I could for the first 3 moves in those 1 minute times but had to stop after the 3rd because I got sick. Thankfully I stopped in enough time to get to the bathroom. I am soooo out of shape. But I like the fact that Chris and I will try doing these each morning, except Sunday, and doing them together. I pray this works!!!

Um, I hope you know what you're doing. I've never in my life exercised to the point of getting sick ... and it doesn't sound healthy. Take care of yourself, please!
