Okay dear worried ones, I did the fit test again and officially wrote down my results. I won't put the results down until 14 days later so we can compare the results.
Chris and I got up around 6:45am to workout, it was slow going getting up this morning. Ironically Chris didn't want to get up, but I did. LOL I sure it will be different tomorrow. Anyway, I drank only water before the workout (last time I had juice, bad idea), I was able to do at least 4 reps of the 8 moves for 1 minute and I didn't get sick, I felt a little nausea but not like last time. Last time I only did 3 moves and threw up. I think I paced myself well today, and I hope I show improvement the next time around.

Sounds much better! And please don't feel like you have to justify your actions (at least to me). I was just worried about you.
