Gma's Present

Here is the finished product for my mother aka Gma Lynne.
Months ago I saw a picture online that resembled a plaque/picture holder like this and it was something my mother didn't have. Oh she could show off her fellow co-workers from her computer but this was something she could display to them if she chose to hang in her office plus easily change the pictures when she wanted or had new ones to post.
I found the biggest wooden plaque at Hobby Lobby, the smallest wooden clothes pins there too and small wooden hearts. I used a make-it-yourself stencil to make the "grandkids" but got the lettering from online. I painted the plaque maroon, the big lettering is gold, and the hearts are cream with maroon lettering. The clothes pins have some designs on them as well to combine the cream, maroon and gold for a finishing touch.
So far on this plaque there are 13 pictures, L-R oldest to youngest, including Tehya's ultrasound picture until she is born. There is even room for more pins for more Gkids later on!
Merry Christmas Gma Lynne!
