Yes, this is my 200th post on our blog! Not that it really matters but I thought I'd share a fun tid-bit.
So today was our Fit Test (Day 36)! Although Chris had the week off last week and we missed about 3 days of workouts for who-remembers-the-reasons.

Day 1, Day 15, Day 36
Chris 1. 50-60-64, 2. 38-44-53, 3. 63-79-90, 4. 35-40-46
Jess 1. 30-32-35, 2. 22-30-35, 3. 45-54-78, 4. 8-20-25
By the end of this workout both Chris and I were shaking like dried leaves in a winter breeze.
Chris lost 2 in around the chest, 1 1/2 in. around the waist, and 1 in around the behind.
Jess lost 1/4 in. around the chest, 3 1/4 in. around the waist, and 1 in. around the behind.
Jess lost 1/4 in. around the chest, 3 1/4 in. around the waist, and 1 in. around the behind.
Hoping that our measurements are correct.

I love that you're keeping track of inches and not pounds. So smart ... and a better show of your progress overall. Keep up the good work, you two are doing amazing!
I am so proud of you!!! It's awesome that you guys are still going strong on this... literally. Plus I'm so happy that you have lost more in your waist than on your chest (since we Reed gals tend to lose it in the chest first, darn it all). Anyway, keep on truckin!!
Well, if I tracked the pounds...lol I would have lost nothing. My weight pretty much is staying put. But it means I'm gaining muscle and trust me, there are certain muscles I didn't know I had in my thighs. LOL
