These are our results Day 1 is in the normal text color, Day 15 is in red.

Chris 1. Switch Kicks 50-60, 2. Power Jacks 38-44, 3. Power Knees 63-79, 4. Power Jumps 35-40

Jessica 5. Globe Jumps 7-8, 6. Suicide Jumps 6-10, 7. Push-Up Jacks 3-12, 8. Low Plank Oblique 21-30
Chris 5. Globe Jumps 9-11, 6. Suicide Jumps 14-19, 7. Push-Up Jacks 23-30, 8. Low Plank Oblique 37-44
Next test will be in 3 weeks!

Well I'll put it this way. We went to walmart on Saturday, and I ran with Ellie in the cart to the car. Normally that would make me breathless, but I wasn't even close that day. I also have abs under the fat on my tummy, and I'm getting my tear drops in my legs. :-) But I feel more tired cuz its exhausting when I exercise. LOL

I am so very proud of you Jess! This kind of workout takes a lot out of you, and so glad that you are still doing it...even when you are tired. That will make all the difference in the world! The exceptional do what others won't do...here's to you being exceptional!!! Love ya!!!
