I want to span this a little so then I don't overwhelm you and myself.
So Chris, Christian, Nayeli and I flew to Wisconsin July 31, to visit his side of the family (or rather his extended family: aunts, cousins, nephews, nieces) but mostly to see his grandmother.
We flew in to Minneapolis, Minnesota at 9pm (7pm AZ time), meeting Jackie (Chris's mother flew in from Alaska at the same time) and rented a van from Hertz. We drove 2 hours to a town called Osseo, Wisconsin.
Chris, Christian, Nayeli, and I slept at Jackie's brother's (Rocky) house in the basement. Jackie slept at her mother's.

These flowers are home made by Pat. Beautiful huh? I couldn't help but take a picture.
Christian's 4 passions on this trip were pretty much: playing outside, being with Daddy, playing with trucks, and playing with any dog that he saw.

Cool pictures! That pciture of Jackie DOES look a lot like Elly!! Christian has great taste in cars... he picked the Corvette!!!
I liked that old model red car better, but I can understand that the corvette is more sporty ... and therefore more attractive to the younger set.
I don't really think that picture looks like Ellie, but then, I think she looks like Chris's dad.
