Sunday Quote

Today's quote is from a movie based on a true story, The Rookie with Dennis Quaid, one of my favorite actors.

"It's your turn coach!"

I don't know if those students said that phrase in paticular in order to encourage Jimmy Morris to try out for baseball, but it wouldn't surprise me. I love watching these encouraging true stories. It's like someone else telling you, "it's your turn" to write, to lose weight, to be a teacher, to live the dream that you've wanted to live for so long. Another great quote from this movie is:

"We've got an eight year old boy who waited all day in the rain to see his daddy try to do something that nobody believed he could do. Now what are we telling him if you don't try now."
