Well I caught her smiling while she's asleep. Her umbilical cord has pretty much come off although whats left it still bleeds. She was weighed today and was 8 lbs 5 oz, so she gained any weight she had lost and gained two more oz. Her legs are starting to get chubby now too. I've decided, although reluctantly to stop breastfeeding when Chris goes back to work. The ultimate reason is because it'd be easier to grab Christian when he's climbing when I have a bottle. :) Hope you love the pix!
Oh and we plan to bless Nayeli when Jackie and Dan (Grandma and Grandpa Runkel) come down so Dan can be in the circle. This could be November or December, we're unsure of when they'll be down.

It is absolutely amazing at how this girl just looks like she fits! Love the little dress you put her in. Must be fun and different thinking about a little girl...nothing to tuck down when changing the diaper! Hee Hee. You will have to keep us posted on how different it is (if any) in raising a little girl as compared to a little boy.
Good idea to wait for Dan and Jackie to be there for the baby blessing. That is very special.

So precious! Little girls are so much fun...but watch out, soon she'll have Chris wrapped around her tiny little finger. Joel never even saw it coming!
