The house thing-
well we want to reveal that we're planning to sell the house. We want to move closer to our families, and this house is feeling kinda cramped. So soon we'll put it on the market and see if we get some good offers and move. I'm hoping before Nayeli comes but I'm not expecting anything at this point. Knowing my luck we'll have to move around the day she's born. Ah well, we hope and pray for the best. :)
